Resolution of Enhanced Emergency Movement Control Order (EMCO) in Malaysia
The Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) affecting our factory since July 8th, 2021, was
lifted on Friday, July 30, 2021, by the Malaysian Ministry of Health. We began running our glove
production lines on Saturday, July 31st.

We have prepared and planned the necessary steps for COVID-friendly operations while at the
same time keeping our employees’ health and safety as a top priority. This plan will ensure that
we address our customers’ needs and produce and ship glove orders as soon as possible.

Most of the world’s glove production occurs in Malaysia, so the EMCO will have a global impact.
We are currently in the process of evaluating the potential effects regarding scheduled delivery
times for individual orders. We anticipate that there will be shortfall of availability in the
upcoming months. Please be assured that we are doing our best to ensure the timely delivery of
your examination glove orders, yet we cannot fully rule out some delivery delays. If you have
questions, please contact your Sempermed representative.

At Sempermed, we care about your comfort and protection, always. It is the driving force behind
what we do. Our gloves are disposable. The people they protect are not.®
