Quality Measurements
Glove Quality Designed to Support Safety and Performance
Our quality processes are designed to support compliance with applicable standards and specifications, from raw material selection and production controls to final product testing and documentation. We continuously review and improve our procedures to help maintain consistent product quality.
Quality control is part of our entire value chain
Quality control does not start or end with the finished product.
Testing is essential

The most important criteria for measuring quality in mass production
AQL - ACCEPTANCE QUALITY LIMIT
For medical gloves, AQL is commonly used to evaluate barrier performance, for example through water leak testing. Because many glove tests are destructive, a statistically defined sampling approach allows conclusions to be drawn about the quality of the production lot without testing every individual glove.
Maintaining highest quality standards
Measuring the AQL
For medical gloves, AQL requirements are defined by applicable standards and product classifications. Barrier performance may be evaluated using methods such as the water leak test, depending on the product type and applicable requirements.
Detecting pinholes with the help of water
Water Leak test
This test supports the evaluation of glove barrier integrity and is one of the key methods used in quality control for disposable gloves.
Measuring tensile properties by extension
TENSILE PROPERTIES AND ELONGATION TESTING
These tests help verify that gloves meet applicable physical performance requirements and support consistent product performance during intended use.
